5 not to be missed family pantomimes

Christmas is on the horizon which means that the pantomime season is officially here. It’s time to dust off you best hisses and boos, slap your thigh and get the kids down to the local theatre, to enjoy this time-honoured, uniquely British tradition. Wherever you are in the country you can guarantee your nearest panto will be a brilliant day out for all the family. Here are our favourites…

I have found over the years that this problem has got progressively worse. When I had my first 2 children, there were not problems with computer games etc, and we enjoyed reading, playing games etc., however with my next two the Nintendo appeared but I still found that they were not addicted, and I could still stimulate them with reading stories, and activities for their age group.

DEALING WITH CHILDRENS BEHAVIOUR – REWARD CHARTS

I have found reward charts to be very useful in encouraging good behaviour, particularly in 3-5 year old children but also in children of all ages.
Every adult will tell you that positive reinforcement is needed at any age, but it is particularly useful to give a visual display of positive reinforcement to children under 11. It must be said that nothing replaces a cuddle, for good behaviour, but children also respond well to seeing a star or badge.

Google have also added another nifty little function, the Site Health report. If Google hasn’t found anything to worry about it will display the text “nothing to report” next to the thumbnails of your sites.
